Talia was the first audiologist who didn't pressurise me into purchasing aids. Plus I had choice of full range of different manufacturers, not just the 1 or 2 other audiologists sold. And the price & back up (& ease of online appointments) made Auzen a no brainer.

When I first saw Auzen website and the prices of hearing aids, I was not sure if I should trust it as there are many internet scams today, but after reading all available reviews on the internet I decided to trust Auzen, had several consultations with Talia Shapiro and bought two ReSound hearing aids a month ago. Since then we also had several calls for adjustment of hearing aids and I can say that I am extremely satisfied with everything. Talia is really kind and professional, available whenever is needed and she is a great hearing aid expert.
