COLLECT

We gather reviews from all of our partners’ customers, without distinction.

The only rule is, they must be identified by their names, have proof of purchase and have given either a phone number or email address.

MODERATE

Some reviews may be removed by Trustville, based on the rules defined by AFNOR’s “Reliable Processing of Customer Reviews” standard.

Partner companies may report inappropriate reviews, but are not able to edit or delete customer feedback.

PUBLISH

All comments and reviews are published, whether negative or positive.

By default, reviews show up in chronological order and can be filtered according to their nature: positive, neutral or negative.
